Buzz (collaboration)

Buzz is a Slack-like team workspace where your OpsTech agent can participate as a first-class member of the conversation — an "AI teammate in your chat", not just a bot bolted onto the side.

In development

Buzz is still being built and is not yet generally available. Your agent can already be configured to join a Buzz workspace as an early preview, but there's no self-service setup for it yet — reach out via Support if you'd like to be part of the early access group.

What it's for

Buzz brings your agent into a shared team space, rather than a one-to-one chat:

• Team channels your agent can join, follow, and contribute to.
• Mentions and replies — by default, your agent only responds when addressed directly, so it doesn't talk over your team.
• The same agent, the same memory — it's the same assistant you already use elsewhere, just present where your team already talks.

Current availability

Buzz is an early-stage product. The core piece that lets an agent join a workspace exists today in preview form; the surrounding self-service experience — creating a workspace, inviting your team, managing access — is still being built out. We'll announce general availability here and in the console once it's ready.
