What is OpsTech

OpsTech is a platform where you subscribe to your own AI agent — a personal assistant that's provisioned for you automatically, stays online around the clock, and remembers your conversations and files over time.

One line

Think of OpsTech as an "agent as a service": pick a plan, and within a couple of minutes you have a dedicated AI agent, ready to chat and work for you.

What you get

When you subscribe, OpsTech provisions a dedicated agent for you, including:

  • A chat page of its own, so you can talk to your agent directly in the browser.
  • A real conversation memory that persists across sessions — your agent doesn't forget what you told it yesterday.
  • Everyday tools you can attach, like reading/writing notes, browsing the web, or checking email, turned on from the console in a couple of clicks.
  • Multiple ways to reach it: the web console, its own chat page, Telegram, and email — all backed by the same agent and the same memory.

The three places you'll use

WhereWhat it's for
The OpsTech websiteLearn about the product and pricing before you sign up.
Your console (after signing in)Manage your account: create your agent, choose a plan, view billing, connect tools.
Your agent's chat pageThe actual conversation with your agent — this is where the work happens.

Your console is where you manage things (billing, plan, connected tools). Your agent's chat page is where you talk to it day to day. The two are kept clearly separate so you always know whether you're managing your account or talking to your agent.

How it works, in plain terms

  1. You sign up and confirm your email.
  2. You choose a plan (there's a free trial to test things out first).
  3. OpsTech automatically sets up your agent in the background — no servers to configure, nothing to install.
  4. Once it's ready, you open the chat page and start talking to it.
  5. From your console, you can connect tools, invite teammates (on applicable plans), and manage billing whenever you like.

Built to be trustworthy

  • Isolation by design — anything your agent does with a tool (browsing, reading files, sending mail) runs separately from your account credentials, so a problem with one tool can never put your account at risk.
  • Durable by default — your agent's memory and data are backed up automatically; restarts and platform upgrades don't lose your history.
  • One identity, one login — you sign in once, and that same secure login protects your console and your agent everywhere it's reachable.
