Using your agent

Once your agent is active, here's how to actually get the most out of it day to day.

Chatting

Your agent has its own chat page, separate from your console. Open it from your console's agent list, or bookmark the direct link once it's set up. Conversations there are just like messaging any assistant: ask questions, hand it a task, follow up in the same thread later.

Your agent remembers past conversations — you don't need to re-explain context every time you come back. If you ever want a clean slate, you can start a new session from the chat page while keeping your agent's longer-term memory intact.

Connecting tools

Your agent becomes more useful when you connect tools to it — for example, letting it read and organize your notes, browse the web on your behalf, or check an inbox. This is a self-service action from your console:

  1. Open your agent's settings in the console.
  2. Go to the Tools (or Integrations) section.
  3. Choose a tool from the catalog and follow the short setup prompt (this usually just means confirming a connection or entering the credentials the tool itself asks for).
  4. The tool becomes available to your agent right away — no restart needed.

You can disconnect a tool the same way, at any time.

Isolation, not just convenience

Every tool your agent uses runs in an isolated environment, separate from your account and billing credentials. This means a problem with a third-party tool integration can never expose your account — it's designed that way from the ground up.

Reaching your agent elsewhere

Besides the chat page, your agent can be reachable through:

  • Telegram — link your Telegram account from the console, and message your agent like you would a contact.
  • Email — send your agent an email at its dedicated address and it will read and respond.

All of these are the same agent with the same memory — switching channels doesn't split your conversation history.

Checking on your agent

From the console you can see, at a glance:

  • Whether your agent is active, paused, or still starting up.
  • Basic usage for your current billing period.
  • Which tools are currently connected.

Pausing, resuming, and cancelling

You're always in control of your subscription:

  • Pause your agent at any time — it stops responding but keeps its memory and files.
  • Resume whenever you like; nothing is lost.
  • Cancel your subscription and your agent is paused immediately; your data is kept for a short grace period afterward in case you change your mind, then removed. See FAQ for the exact policy.
