Quick definitions of the terms used across these docs.
Agent — your dedicated AI assistant, provisioned for your account. It has its own memory, its own conversation history, and its own connected tools — nothing is shared with other customers.
Console — the web dashboard you use to manage your account: create your agent, choose a plan, view billing, connect tools, and invite teammates (on applicable plans).
Chat page — your agent's own page, separate from the console, where you have your actual conversations with it.
Trial — a short, free period every new account gets to try an agent before subscribing to a paid plan. No payment details are required to start one.
Plan / Subscription — the billing tier that determines what your agent includes. See Plans & billing.
Tool (integration) — a capability you can connect to your agent, such as reading/writing notes, browsing the web, or checking an inbox. Tools are attached from the console, and every tool call runs in an isolated environment separate from your account credentials.
Channel — a way of reaching your agent: the chat page, Telegram, or email. All channels share the same agent and the same memory.
Memory — the record of your past conversations and connected data that your agent keeps over time, so it doesn't forget context between sessions.
Products
Buzz — a Slack-like team chat where your agent can participate as a teammate. Still in development; see Buzz.
Paperclip — a workspace/dashboard product. Development is currently paused; see Paperclip.
